At V.M. Therapy and Wellbeing, I offer a calm, supportive space for anyone facing mental health challenges. I use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) alongside a warm, non-judgemental approach to support you on your recovery journey.

I offer sessions in a variety of formats, including online, so we can find a way of working together that fits your life and supports your emotional resilience and wellbeing. Based in Irvine, Ayrshire, I work with children, adolescents and adults, tailoring each session to your individual needs and goals.
